<li>Avios will only be awarded on purchases made with retailers featured on the Website Online Shopping pages when clicked through to from the Website. We reserve the right to change or withdraw retailers featured on the AerClub eStore at any time.

<li>Avios will only be awarded on transactions completed online. We will not be held responsible for incomplete transactions due to failure of their or the individual retailers websites.

<li>If coupon/voucher codes that are not listed on our eStore website are used, the transaction will be invalidated from earning Avios.

<li>If gift cards, gift certificates or any other similar cash equivalents are used on a purchase the transaction will be invalidated from earning Avios.

<li>Any claim for missing Avios must be made to us within 120 days of your purchase. We resolve all claims at our sole discretion. No untracked transactions will be accepted for food retailers on eStore.
