<li>Avios will only be awarded on transactions completed online. We will not be held responsible for incomplete transactions due to failure of their or the individual retailers websites.

<li>If coupon/voucher codes that are not listed on our eStore website are used, the transaction will be invalidated from earning Avios.

<li>If gift cards, gift certificates or any other similar cash equivalents are used on a purchase the transaction will be invalidated from earning Avios.

<li>Any claim for missing Avios must be made to us within 120 days of your purchase. We resolve all claims at our sole discretion.
