Missing Avios
Please allow three days from the transaction date before raising a claim. Once we receive your claim it can take up to 90 days to investigate.
Claims relating to travel or hotels may take up to six months from the transaction date to investigate.
If you're a former Avios Travel Reward Programme customer your Aerclub account will be updated automatically if your transaction is approved. There may be a small delay while the transfer takes place.
We'll attend your query as fast as we can, but there may be longer response times during peak retail periods.
Any claim for missing avios must be made to us within 90 days of the transaction. All claims are resolved by us at our sole discretion.
There could be a delay in points crediting if you are shopping from a Household account.
