What will stop me collecting Avios?

No rewards are given on new products when launched.

Using coupon or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in you not collecting Avios or collecting less Avios than the advertised rate.This includes staff discount, student discounts and coupons which automatically populate in your basket at checkout.

Please note: Unless you are notified otherwise, no rewards are given on new products when launched. Products not eligible for rewards are the AirPods max, new MacBook Air with M1, HomePod mini, 8th generation iPad, all-new iPad Air (4th Generation) and iPad (launched 16 September 2020), the updated iMac 27-inch (launched 04 August 2020), Mac Pro, Apple Pro Display XDR, AppleCare products purchased individually or after the applicable product has been shipped, gift cards, gift wrap, Bose products, Apple Developer Programs, shipping and on purchases made through ‘'University, or other Higher Education establishment' or "Employee Purchase Program Store". Apple sells and ships products to end user customers only; you may not purchase for resale. Eligible only to a customer for up to five (5) units per eligible product, except iPhone, in which case only two (2) units within a thirty-day (30-day) period are eligible. Apple reserves the final right to refuse rewards should they suspect a transaction being trader’s activity. This applies to all products sold on Apple. Rewards are issued by us, not Apple. In order to qualify for rewards you must complete your purchase within the same session you start the purchase without exiting your browser.

When you collect online it can take up to five days for a retailer to confirm your transaction. If you shop with a Speedy Awarding retailer you will get the Avios into your AerClub account in five days, most other retailers take 35 days. Some travel & utilities retailers will take up to 120 days post check-out or policy start to award your Avios.

  13. Avios will only be awarded on purchases made with retailers featured on the Website Online Shopping pages when clicked through to from the Website. We reserve the right to change or withdraw retailers featured on the AerClub eStore at any time.

  14. Avios will only be awarded on transactions completed online. We will not be held responsible for incomplete transactions due to failure of their or the individual retailers websites.

  15. If coupon/voucher codes that are not listed on our eStore website are used, the transaction will be invalidated from earning Avios.

  16. If gift cards, gift certificates or any other similar cash equivalents are used on a purchase the transaction will be invalidated from earning Avios.

  17. Any claim for missing Avios must be made to us within 120 days of your purchase. We resolve all claims at our sole discretion. No untracked transactions will be accepted for food retailers on eStore. All missing Avios claims must be made using the missing Avios form in 'My eStore' which can be found here.

  18. Bonus Avios will be awarded only on qualifying transactions, any bonus Avios will be credited at the same time as the Avios for the transaction the bonus is related to. The first time shopper bonus only applies to customers who have not previously made a transaction using eStore, it will not be given to customers who have made a previous transaction that was cancelled or in any other scenario.
