Rewards are only given on hotel bookings and when they have been completed, no rewards are given on Flights, Car Rental, Travel Experiences (e.g. Bus Tour) and Gift Cards. Multiple bookings for the same hotel stay will not be rewarded nor when bookings are deemed to be not genuine personal customers&#39; bookings. A valid email address and credit card are required when making a booking. Rewards are not given on bookings made with a basic rate, when an early payment benefit has been received, corporate rates, or on any taxes, service fees, VAT or other hotel facility costs (including restaurant and spa). No rewards will be given if the stay has not been completed regardless of the types of booking including no-cancellation bookings.
Your rewards may be invalidated if the stay is not fully completed as per the original booking for whatever reason, or any change has been made directly with the hotels. If the booking is cancelled by either party, and you wish to rebook, please make sure you do so via the “Shop Now” link on this site and not directly with the hotel. 
This does not include any discounts offered in relation to membership of the Genius loyalty programme.
Rewards will not be approved until 90-120 days after you have completed your stay.
Queries can only be investigated 45 days after your booking (stay) is complete.
Please note: we have been provided feedback from Booking.com that the rates can vary between desktop and mobile devices and that there can be instances where the rates differ due to other initiatives or experiments that are not reflected in the joint platform of Booking.com and us. <li>Avios will only be awarded on transactions completed online. We will not be held responsible for incomplete transactions due to failure of their or the individual retailers websites.

<li>If coupon/voucher codes that are not listed on our eStore website are used, the transaction will be invalidated from earning Avios.

<li>If gift cards, gift certificates or any other similar cash equivalents are used on a purchase the transaction will be invalidated from earning Avios.

<li>Any claim for missing Avios must be made to us within 90 days of your purchase. We resolve all claims at our sole discretion. No untracked transactions will be accepted for food retailers on eStore. All missing Avios claims must be made using the missing Avios form in &#39;My eStore&#39; which can be found <a href="https://estore.aerlingus.com/my-estore/missing-avios">here</a>.

<li>Bonus Avios will be awarded only on qualifying transactions, any bonus Avios will be credited at the same time as the Avios for the transaction the bonus is related to. The first time shopper bonus only applies to customers who have not previously made a transaction using eStore, it will not be given to customers who have made a previous transaction that was cancelled or in any other scenario.

<li>Avios will only be awarded on purchases made with retailers featured on the In-store Offers shopping pages of the site after you have registered valid payment card(s) and made qualifying purchases with the registered payment card(s) at the participating merchant (in line with the specific offer Purchase Conditions which will be displayed on the In-store Offers shopping page).

<li>Only payment cards that were issued in the UK, US or Ireland are certain to be registered to track purchases. If your card was issued in any country other than the UK, US or Ireland, we cannot guarantee that your card will be registered or your transactions tracked.
</li>
<li>Unless otherwise stated, Avios will not be awarded for purchases made online with qualifying In-Store Offer retailers.
</li>
<li>It takes up to 24 hours for each payment card to be fully registered for Avios awarding with qualifying In-store retailers.
</li>
<li>No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using payment card(s) that were first registered on the Website less than 24 hours prior to the time of the purchase.

<li>No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using Wallet providers including PayPal and YoYo Wallet, or Retailer store cards and cards not bearing the Amex, Visa or MasterCard/Maestro symbols.

<li>We reserve the right to change or withdraw retailers and offers featured on the In-store Offers pages at any time.

<li>We reserve the right to remove Avios from your account if you return part or all of your In-store purchase.
