Festive bonus offer: 50% extra Avios terms & conditions

The offer is available to all AerClub customers.

Customers will receive 50% bonus Avios on any qualifying transaction they make via ‘Shopping online’ merchants when Shopping on avios.com (www.avios.com/collect-avios/shopping/retailers/) or the AerClub store (https://estore.aerlingus.com).

Categories excluded: Travel, utilities and telecoms, banking and insurance plus the following merchants: The Bicester Collection (including Kildare Village), Royal Caribbean and Avios for Thoughts.

The 50% bonus for John Lewis & Partners will only be available for transactions registered between 24th November and 7th December 2025.

Bonus Avios will be calculated based on the Avios earn associated with any qualifying transaction.

A qualifying transaction is where at least one Avios is earned from a single transaction excluding shipping, handling and VAT. Check your ‘Activity’ on Avios.com or via the 'Account' tab on the Avios app for the registered transaction amount.

Bonus Avios will be credited to your account in a separate transaction, once the qualifying transaction has been approved. Any bonus Avios will be awarded within the same timeframe as the standard Avios.

We reserve the right to remove Avios (including any bonus Avios) on purchases that are subsequently refunded, cancelled or if we suspect fraud.

Except as otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions any capitalised terms will have the meanings given to them in the Scheme Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are additional to the Terms and Conditions of the Scheme.

By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as they may be amended from time to time, and any additional or alternative terms, conditions, rules and policies in connection with the Website which are communicated to you. The intellectual property in all text, design, graphics and other material and the selection or arrangement and 'look and feel' of such material in this website is owned by us and/or our respective licensors.

AerClub eStore - online shopping:
Avios will only be awarded on purchases made with retailers featured on the Website Online Shopping pages when clicked through to from the Website. We reserve the right to change or withdraw retailers featured on the AerClub eStore at any time.
Avios will only be awarded on transactions completed online. We will not be held responsible for incomplete transactions due to failure of their or the individual retailers websites.
If coupon/voucher codes that are not listed on our eStore website are used, the transaction will be invalidated from earning Avios.
If gift cards, gift certificates or any other similar cash equivalents are used on a purchase the transaction will be invalidated from earning Avios.
Any claim for missing Avios must be made to us within 90 days of your purchase. We resolve all claims at our sole discretion. No untracked transactions will be accepted for food retailers on eStore. All missing Avios claims must be made using the missing Avios form in 'My eStore' which can be found here.
Bonus Avios will be awarded only on qualifying transactions, any bonus Avios will be credited at the same time as the Avios for the transaction the bonus is related to. The first time shopper bonus only applies to customers who have not previously made a transaction using eStore, it will not be given to customers who have made a previous transaction that was cancelled or in any other scenario.

In-store offers

Avios will only be awarded on purchases made with retailers featured on the In-store Offers shopping pages of the site after you have registered valid payment card(s) and made qualifying purchases with the registered payment card(s) at the participating merchant (in line with the specific offer Purchase Conditions which will be displayed on the In-store Offers shopping page).
Only payment cards that were issued in the UK, US or Ireland are certain to be registered to track purchases. If your card was issued in any country other than the UK, US or Ireland, we cannot guarantee that your card will be registered or your transactions tracked.
Unless otherwise stated, Avios will not be awarded for purchases made online with qualifying In-Store Offer retailers.
It takes up to 24 hours for each payment card to be fully registered for Avios awarding with qualifying In-store retailers.
No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using payment card(s) that were first registered on the Website less than 24 hours prior to the time of the purchase.
No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using Wallet providers including PayPal and YoYo Wallet, or Retailer store cards and cards not bearing the Amex, Visa or MasterCard/Maestro symbols.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw retailers and offers featured on the In-store Offers pages at any time.
We reserve the right to remove Avios from your account if you return part or all of your In-store purchase.
If you register payment card(s) that have previously been registered on the Site with another Website for a similar purpose, this may exclude the same card collecting Avios, irrespective of whether the retailers appear on another Website.
If we believe that any form of Misconduct has occurred we may not award or may remove any Avios from your account.
Most purchases will appear within your account as “pending” within 10 days, and awarded within 45 days. If your transaction is not visible within 20 days, please fill out our Missing Avios form. Missing Avios claims must be made within 90 days of your initial purchase date.
