Please ensure when you submit Order Inquiries that you only utilize the Order ID from the MyGroupon page. This is a 9-10 digit numeric-only Order ID. You can locate it in the “My Stuff” menu in the upper right side of the Groupon website. Once there, the Order # will be indicated on each order.
