How can I collect Avios by shopping online?
To collect Avios while shopping online, first log in to your AerClub account and visit the AerClub eStore. If you visit a retailer's site directly, without having logged in and clicked through from the AerClub eStore, we won’t be able to track your purchases or add your Avios to your account.
Why have the Avios I’ve earned with the AerClub eStore not appeared in my account?
There are several possible reasons:
Avios collected through the AerClub eStore can take up to 35 days from the date of the transaction to appear.
Hotel or travel bookings can take between 90 to 120 days after you've completed your stay or insurance policy, to appear.
Contract or subscription purchases may take 90 to 120 days from the start date of the agreement to appear.
If you return an item and get a refund, the Avios collected will be removed from your account.
The AerClub eStore rewards work on a ‘last referral’ basis. To collect Avios while shopping with the AerClub eStore, you must click through to your chosen retailer using the link provided on the AerClub eStore website. If you visit a retailer's site without having first logged into the AerClub eStore it will not be possible to track your purchases and add Avios to your account.
Voucher codes, discount codes or promotional codes that have not been provided on the AerClub eStore will make your purchase ineligible for Avios.
Increasingly, some advert-blocking software programs (ad-blockers) block the special tracking codes (cookies) we need to monitor to award your Avios. If you can't see your Avios in your account within 35 days after your purchase, you can claim for missing Avios.
If you want to claim for a hotel or accommodation booking or policy, please wait until 120 days since you completed your stay have passed to claim for missing Avios.
If you want to claim for missing Avios relating to a contract or subscription, please wait until 120 days after the start date has past to claim for missing Avios.
Can I collect Avios directly from a retailer’s site?
No. To collect Avios while shopping online, you must visit retailer's site via the AerClub eStore. If you visit a retailer's site directly, without having first logged in and clicked through from the AerClub eStore, we will be unable to track your purchases and add Avios to your account.
Is it more expensive to shop via the AerClub eStore?
No, you will not spend any more by using the AerClub eStore, prices will be the same as shopping directly with the retailers.
Can I shop at multiple stores on AerClub eStore?
It is easy to shop at multiple shops through the AerClub eStore. However, you must complete your transaction in each store before moving on to the next.
As you shop, keep the AerClub eStore shopping window open. You will need to stay logged in, revisit the AerClub eStore and click through to the next retailer you want to shop with to earn Avios.
You must always follow links to your chosen retailer from the AerClub eStore to earn Avios.
What payment methods I use when shopping via the AerClub eStore?
As you pay directly with the retailer, payment options differ. Please check each retailer's website for more details before making your purchase.
Can I collect Avios on all products and services available through the AerClub eStore?
With most retailers in the AerClub eStore, you can collect Avios on any product, however, there are some exceptions. You can check for excluded products in the terms and conditions section of the retailer's page on the AerClub eStore. You cannot collect Avios when buying gift vouchers, gift cards, gift certificate. Avios will not be awarded on VAT or delivery charges.
How will my order be shipped?
All retailers on the AerClub eStore are responsible for their own shipping policies. To view shipping costs, delivery times and returns policies, please refer to the individual retailer’s website.
Can I collect Avios at shops that aren't on the AerClub eStore page?
You can only collect Avios with retailers listed on the AerClub eStore website. Remember, you need to log in and visit the retailer's website via the AerClub eStore to collect Avios. We're always adding new partners, so if you can't find the one you want, please check again soon.
How quickly will I receive the Avios I collect via the AerClub eStore?
Avios collected through the AerClub eStore are added to your account within 35 days, or 14 days for retailers enrolled in our Speedy Awarding program.
For hotel and accommodation bookings or travel policies please allow 90 to 120 days after you've completed your stay or policy for your Avios to be awarded.
For contract or subscription purchases, please allow 90-120 days from the start date for your Avios to be awarded.
